McCarthy Companies provided preconstruction and general contracting services for Willett Ranch, a 50-unit senior apartment community in Ventura, California. Each unit boasts a private patio/balcony, walk-in closets, and high-quality appliances so that seniors can enjoy an exceptional living experience. With a community room,  kitchen, craft room, library, and garden, the project promotes connection amongst residents. The development was designed to Green Point Rated standards and has sustainable features, including water-efficient fixtures, Energy Star appliances, high-efficiency lighting, low-emitting flooring, insulation with post-consumer/post-industrial recycled content, and a high-efficiency irrigation system.
