Overview

Completed in July 2025, this single-family build-to-rent development in Liberty Hill, TX (Austin MSA), includes 218 single family homes + amenities on a 20.7 acre site.  The Project boasts proximity to several power retail centers, Liberty Hill ISD schools, public parks, and convenient commutes to the MSA’s major employers. Twelve Oaks is comprised of a mix of cottage, townhome, and single-family detached product to establish a diverse neighborhood feel. Community amenities include a swimming pool, grilling area, fitness center, expansive green space, and resident clubhouse.  

Twelve Oakes seeks to offer renters the best of both worlds: The living experience of home ownership including duplex, townhome, and single-family detached homes, private yards, 1-2 car direct access garage parking, along with the benefits of renting including freedom from maintenance, professional on-site management and Class A community amenity package that consists of a clubhouse, resort-style pool, and fitness center. Due to the community’s accessibility, proximity to local and regional amenities and location within the acclaimed Liberty Hill Independent School District,  tenant demographics are anticipated to be single professionals, young families, and empty nesters who seek a carefree and activity rich environment within a highly sought-after suburban community.
