Construction Management at Rancho Mercado

McCarthy Companies is excited to provide construction management services to Montgomery Street Partners (MSP) for their new project, Rancho Mercado, marking the fourth deal between the companies. Located in Surprise, Arizona, this new residential development will span over 25 acres and consist of 227 one and two-bedroom homes. In addition to the homes, the project features a number of amenities, including garage structures, a portico entry, an on-site leasing center, a fitness center, a pool and jacuzzi, a ramada, outdoor barbecues, an active open space, and a site parking lot. Construction broke ground in October 2022 and is expected to be completed in November 2024.

The Design

With varying styles and layouts, the residential units were designed for elegance and comfort. The exterior of the homes will feature engineered wood siding, stone veneer accents, and gabled roofs. The interior design creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere featuring vinyl wood floors, quartz countertops, and smart home technology and fixtures.

Construction Management

As construction manager, McCarthy is providing a wide range of consulting services to MSP, ranging from design, permitting, preconstruction, and strategic planning.  In addition to general construction management, McCarthy provides advice and oversight on cost, change orders, schedule, risk management, and various project controls.
