In partnership with Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation, McCarthy Companies is providing preconstruction and general contracting services for Camino De Salud, located at 11432 North Ventura Avenue in Ojai, California.
Camino de Salud will be a supportive housing development providing 49 affordable studio apartments within one, three-story building. Community amenities will include a meeting room, dining room, covered picnic areas, charging stations, a community garden, laundry facility, and bicycle storage.
