Overview
The Chapel Lane Rehabilitation project involves extensive upgrades and updates of an existing 38-unit affordable senior apartment building for the Housing Authority of San Buenaventura. Key items are as follows:
- Replacement of HVAC system for all apartments and Section 8 offices, including the addition of air conditioning in apartments
- New solar photovoltaic system, including carports
- New interior finishes and fixtures in all apartments and common areas
- Resurfacing of all balconies
- Replacement of residential & community appliances
- Landscaping upgrades including new trees
- Resurfacing of parking lot
