Overview
Created in honor of the Johnson family’s wish to support former service members, McCarthy Companies partnered with the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara (HACSB) to construct Johnson Court, a permanent supportive housing community for homeless and at-risk Veterans. The development includes 16 studio units for very low- and low-income Veterans, a one-bedroom manager unit, and dedicated common and office spaces for on-site services.
McCarthy is proud to contribute our building expertise to a project that strengthens the Santa Barbara community and honors those who served.
