Overview
Ocean Walk is a master planned faculty housing community located at the University of California, Santa Barbara. In 2016, McCarthy Companies completed the construction of Phase 3 which consisted of 30 LEED® certified detached single-family homes for a project construction cost of $13,000,000). We were selected by the University to build this project under a prequalification process with constructability, value engineering and finish selection suggestions to assist the client in bringing the project within budget while still maintaining the quality UCSB expects.
