Developed to provide housing for homeless veterans, Ormond Beach Villas is a collection of 40 affordable apartments in Ventura County. The townhouse-style complex comprises 15 one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom, and 5 three-bedroom units. Through preconstruction and general contracting services, McCarthy Companies worked with DiCecco Architecture and Many Mansions to deliver this important housing opportunity for the community.
