Spanning over 25 acres, the development consists of 227 one and two-bedroom homes, garage structures, a portico entry, an on-site leasing center, a fitness center, a pool and jacuzzi, a ramada, outdoor barbecues, an active open space, and a site parking lot. Total development budget estimated to be $76M.
