Bringing modern luxury to Ventura, McCarthy provided Preconstruction and Construction services for Phase One of this 121 market rate apartment community. The first phase of this project included the completion of 43 apartment units in partnership with Dansk Investment Group integrating live/work loft units and retail spaces.
