McCarthy Companies provided development and construction services to obtain City approval on Villa Las Brisas, a farmworker housing campus in Oxnard, California. The location of the property has a long-standing history in Ventura County dating back to its original construction in the 1950’s. Today, the facility provides temporary housing for local farmworkers. The property features newly renovated bedrooms and bathrooms, new laundry facilities and a space for recreational activities that include a basketball court, soccer field, BBQ, and Wi-Fi.
