Overview
Paseo De Luz is a 24-home community providing housing and assistance to adults with chronic mental illness. Partnering with Ventura County Behavioral Health, developer CEDC aimed to support residents in retaining tenancy by helping them “succeed in their wellness, reduce hospitalizations and incarcerations, increase employment, and successfully reintegrate into the community.”
McCarthy Companies was honored to provide preconstruction and general contracting services on this meaningful project. Influenced by the prairie-style architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, the community balances modern amenities with old-world charm. Each apartment provides ample space and boasts spacious kitchens and living areas.
