Vintage Senior Apartments at Anacapa Canyon consists of 170 affordable apartment homes for seniors that balance accessibility and comfort with style. With a $40M construction budget and 21 month build-out, this community is at 100% capacity due to pre-leasing for income-restricted seniors.
Each one of the pet-friendly apartments has been thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort, offering spacious floor plans, large windows, and ENERGY STAR® appliances. This senior community positions one and two-bedroom apartments throughout extensive community facilities, from a fitness center to business center, arts and crafts room to library, billiard lounge to theater/media room. Residents can also tend their own vegetables and flowers in the resident gardens, and walk their dog to the community dog park.
Vintage welcomed their first senior residents in March who are already enjoying the plentiful amenities while feeling safe and secure in their high-quality affordable apartment homes.

The Villas at Anacapa Canyon consist of 310 market-rate one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with private balconies overlooking the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains. They are wrapped with luxurious amenities that include a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool with sundeck and lounge seating, contemporary fitness center, yoga studio, and more. Direct access to nearby hiking trails and a fully-equipped fitness center make the Villas the perfect neighborhood for active California residents.
Construction began in September 2022. The Villas welcomed their first residents in January with 65% of the apartments now available for leasing. The final two phases will complete this summer with full community completion expected in August 2024.
