What’s New with McCarthy at Cal State Channel Islands (CSUCI)

Located on a 32-acre development adjacent to CSUCI at Anacapa Canyon, McCarthy is the general contractor and is currently under construction with 170 affordable senior apartments for Vintage Housing and 310 market-rate apartments for Kennedy Wilson. In total, 589 housing units are expected to be completed within the next three years, including 170 affordable apartments for seniors, 310 market-rate units, and 109 for-sale homes. This community will provide beautiful, high-quality homes and apartments while also generating income to support Cal State Channel Islands University.
